From the privatization of PNOC-EDC (geothermal) in 2008, Aboitiz Power’s acquisition of Tiwi-Makban (geothermal) in 2009, Citicore’s acquisition of Armstrong’s solar portfolio in 2018, AC Energy’s selection of a strategic partner and Fort Pilar’s and the acquisition of Digos Solar both in 2021, and most recently in ACEN’s energy transition mechanism for SLTEC, we have figured in a lot of clean energy deals and going for more.

AlphaPrimus was established in 2017 by a team of investment banking professionals who have a combined 150+ years of experience in investment banking, corporate banking, and M&A advisory in the Philippines and in the region.Â

Since its establishment, AlphaPrimus has closed more than 25 transactions valued at over USD12.0 billion across a diverse range of sectors, including power and utilities, financial institutions, and consumer. The firm has built a strong track record as one of the Philippines' leading independent financial advisers.
